CEO and Founder

Lisa is the founder and owner of Senior Care Options. Lisa received her Master's in Social Work from Fordham University and went on to complete her License of Clinical Social Work. Lisa is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Aging Life Care Association® (ALCA). Lisa is also a Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM). Lisa has acted in the role of a legal guardian, healthcare proxy, executor, and power of attorney for dozens of clients over the years, and has been called upon by the local court systems as an "aging life care expert." Lisa has over 25 years of experience working with the geriatric population and has a passion for improving the lives of these members of our communities.

Executive Director

Kimberly received her Master's Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and her Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from The Bloustein School at Rutgers University. Kimberly is a Licensed Social Worker who is diligently working to complete her clinical licensure. Kimberly is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Aging Life Care Association® (ALCA). Kimberly is also our Certified Dementia Connections Facilitator™ (CDCF™) which allows her to assess the needs of an individual with dementia and train the family or caregivers in specific techniques to inspire new connections and improve the quality of life and engagement for the individual. Kimberly brings with her over ten years of healthcare experience in the hospital, community, rehabilitative, and emergency based settings.



Clinical Director

Antoniette Richburg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Kean University in 2007. Since graduating she has devoted her career to addressing issues for the adult and senior population. She has a diverse background including Domestic Violence, Drug Addiction, Chronic Illness, Chronic Mental Illness, Memory Impairment and End of Life Care. She also has experience with caregiver burnout and adjustment to the various stages of dementia and changes that come along with the aging process. Antoniette oversees our counseling program and ensures all of our therapists are keeping up with the newest techniques available in the field.



Director of Operations - Medicaid Specialist

Elaina comes to Senior Care Options with over ten years of office management experience. Prior to joining the Senior Care Options team, Elaina worked as a licensed pharmacy technician and managed multiple physician's offices. Elaina's organization, management, and communication skills allow us to make a positive impact on our clients and the experiences they have with us day in and day out. In addition to being our Director of Operations, Elaina is also our office Medicaid Specialist and has developed vital relationships with the Medicaid County Offices to be sure we are staying current on any changes being made within each county.
